Join In!

We hope you enjoy reading about our group on this website, but there’s no substitute for trying things out first-hand. Why not come along to one of our events to meet some of the group and see if you like the sort of things we do? You don’t need to join to come on your first few tasks. If it does appeal, you can then become a member and receive our four-monthly newsletter and programme to keep you up to date with forthcoming tasks and social events. It only costs £2.50 per year. Read about the benefits of becoming a regular volunteer.

What to do next

If you’d like a complimentary paper copy of our newsletter and programme (complete with contact details), please send an e-mail to our Membership Secretary at ntv.membership@ntlworld.com. Important: Please include your postal address so we can send you the information. Have a look through the programme and see if there’s a task (or social) that takes your fancy, then ring the designated contact. We always like to see new faces.

Our event programme is also available here, and you can find out more about attending any of these by sending an e-mail to our webmaster.

Alternatively, you can write to the Yorkshire National Trust office:

The Regional Volunteer Department
The National Trust,
Goddards,
27 Tadcaster Road,
YORK YO2 2QG
or ring them on (01904) 702021.

We hope to welcome you to a task or social soon!

Not living in Yorkshire?

If this all sounds very interesting but you don’t live in our region, details of other contacts can be found on the National Trust website.
