This Yorkshire manor house with panelled rooms and mullioned
windows provides an ideal setting for collections of domestic utensils
and Yorkshire oak furniture. A 120-foot long barn houses a collection
of farm carts and implements, and there is a walled garden at the rear.
Over the last couple of years we have been involved in creating the new Orchard Garden
which was opened on 13 April 2000. This unique garden was designed from scratch by
the Hall's gardener, Jill Saunders, and provides a wonderful contrast to the adjacent formal garden.
